Recall Notice: Beaba Babycook Neo

Please be aware that BEABA has issued a voluntary product recall on their Babycook NEO-Midnight and Babycook NEO-Cloud.

After receiving feedback from parents, they discovered that the Babycook Neos could suffer glass breakage during or after usage. This issue affects all Babycook Neos purchased between July 2018 and February 2019.

The reference codes 912645 and 912646 can be used to identify the models affected. This code is located on the bottom of the unit, on a sticker with Beaba written in the upper left hand corner and is identified by “Ref:”

If you have this recalled product in your possession, please stop using it.

Consumers are asked to fill out the form on the BEABA company website (, and upload 2 photos:
• A photo of the Reference Code on the bottom of the unit
• Proof of Purchase: This can be a receipt, an order confirmation or a screenshot of the fulfilled item on your registry will suffice as long as it has a date for the registry.

Within 5-7 business days, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your replacement bowl. Please remove your blade and lid from your original bowl and then destroy your original bowl. Your new bowl will NOT come with a new blade and lid.
